OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR SERVICES DIRECTLY RELATED TO SUCH CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
